Unless you can get 2010 for such a low price that it makes doing so and then adding on the amount of money needed to go for an Upgrade to 2012, my recommendation would be to just hang onto yer money and save towards the outright purchase of BB2012 from this website, before the holiday sales prices end, hopefully.
