The top menu bar quits at Hardware with nothing beyond.

In order to get 'here' I had to type www.pgmusic.com/forums

as an entry point. This is the bar below About Contact Educators Shopping Cart.

Don't know, John. My iPhone 4 running Safari navigates all the the PG Music site just fine.

A long time ago, when I got the phone, I put a link directly to the forums as an app icon and I normally use that, but I can get anywhere on the PG site by navigating from the main page.

Note, I tested on an up-to-date iPhone 4, not 4S or iPad, and perhaps there is a new Safari update for those that messed it up for you?

John, I have all my favorites in "top sites" area of Safari.
It should be the icon with the 12 tiny squares next to the
eyeglasses icon and the open book icon.

Once you are in the "top sites" page you can select to keep
6-12-24 of your most visited sites at hand.

Here is a link showing more info.

I hope this is an answer to your question.

My buddy's iPad One started doing things like that.

I suspected missing resources, as it was acting like a pc that has a fragmented hard drie, so I did a quick websearch and found out that when the iPad is shut off, well, its not really off at all. There's a certain button you must hold while shutting down that forces the thing into a cold boot, which also cleans up the memory and drive contents.

In his particular case, it solved the problems of missing menu items, programs that wouldn't start up, etc.

And he now thinks I'm some sort of Apple Helpo Desk, because if you *touch* it, you OWN it! *grin*

Thanks for the tips. None of that is solving the issue on the iMac, but I have a workaround as the actual forum page I've put on the left with the 'eye' glasses. No problem But, FYI to the guys at pgmusic, unless I'm in La La land, my Safari still has the top menu bar broken and it says

Windows Mac Other Software Hardware

And that's it. No forums, no other boxes to click.

This is a 3 week old computer, 27 inch screen, and this is the only site I'm having a problem with after reboot, update Safari, etc...

As I say, I'm reporting a problem, but I have a host of workarounds not the least of which would be I know the page /forums which I append onto the web address to get here.

Hello John,

Thanks for reporting it. It might be that something unusual is selected in your Safari Preferences under the 'Appearance' or 'Advanced' tabs. If you get a chance, please send us a screen shot (command+shift+4) of what you're seeing.
