Just installed new widescreen monitor and, as per monitor manufacturer's suggestion, changed screen resolution setting to 1920 x 1080. Because font was too small to read on things like Windows Explorer, etc., changed DPI setting to 150% normal size (144 DPI). That fixed all "Windows" screens, but that setting did not affect BiaB screens. On BiaB, chord sheet entry is fine, but things like toolbars at the top are much to small for my old eyes to read. Is there any setting I can use in BiaB to compensate?

Try ignoring the mfr's suggestion and set the monitor for a different setting that makes things easy to see.
It is, after all, a "suggestion" and not a mandatory thing.

Try 1680 x 1050. It should make things large enough to read and keep everything on screen.

For what it's worth, my video driver also likes to use some microscopically small settings that do not make it easy on my eyes. For that reason, I use 1280 x 768 with my font size set to 96 dpi. It works for me.
