Hi, I'm very new to BIAB. I've posted a couple of early song attempts in the other forum.
However, I may be using BIAB backing tracks to sing against live at some point. I will need a count-in but I would prefer a human voice (right now I have the luxury of a live drummer). Anyone know any wave files of a drummer counting in - both 4/4 and 3/4 time - which I could acidise to use as count-in files for songs I create?
Hope that makes sense.

Hi Phil,
One way I can think of to do that would be to Render the file to an audio format, then use an Audio Editor or a DAW program such as Realband to record the voice countin overtop of the original drum countin as a guide, using a Mic input. Then, remove the drum countin either by invoking a volume change over those two bars, or by deleting it. Then save that as an Audio medium for the final copy.
Band in a Box has no voice countin in it as of yet. Might be something for the Wishlist, though.

Welcome to the forum.
Just checking . . . you aware of the visual count-in without the drum click? I know still not a human voice, but just wanted to make sure you knew of this alternative to the drum click count-in.

Speaking of count-ins is there a way to have more than 1 bar of count-in?

The countin as-is is a Two Bar countin.
One could extend a countin would be to export the song to an audio program and add more bars there.
A workaround from inside BiaB might be to make an Intro that is the number of bars desired and then invoke the "click.sty" for those bars using the Bar Settings window, then setting the Bar Settings to change style to the target music style at the right bar.
If you don't have the "click.sty" file, it is available for download on this site, do a Find on the BB FAQ page.
