When I change a song from latin to swing or vice versa, I get a pop up asking if I want to switch the melody from straight feel to swing feel or the reverse. Is this in the menus somewhere? I can't seem to find it.

I`m not sure, but don`t you just have to click the message to change it into whatever the message says?

Yes, Sandra, it's just that easy. But it seems like a good tool to have when a melody isn't sitting just right, switching to swing and back or vice versa and thought it might be nice if there was a menu choice or a shortcut key to do that.

Choice of STYLE determines that. You can view whether or not a style is Swing (SW) or Even (EV) feel in the Stylepicker.
If you pick a new style to replace SW with EV or vice verse, that's when you get the message you encounter.
And saying Yes to it doesn't change the sound of the song, which is handled by the Style, it changes the subdivision for Notation View to match.

Hi Bob. In the Notation Window Options there is a box to check or un-check for triplet resolution. Is this something you could use? Later, Ray

That only changes the Notation view, does not change what you hear.

Quantize the melody to Triplets or straight time in the melody edit menu. Note that you need to set it to 100%.
