Hi Ed,
Could you please explain in a little more detail what you'd like to accomplish. For example: Do you want to import a wav file of strings that's already been created elsewhere? Do you want to import the string track from another style? Do you want to import some other sound and have it located on the String track? (etc.)

Or are you looking for "sources" for strings such as Garritan Personal Orchestra, etc..

Hi Ed,
I think you are referring to one of the new features in BiaB 2013.
RightClick on a trackname, could be Strings, but can use any track that does not presently have an instrument already on it, and select MIDI Supertracks from the menu that pops up.
In the Supertracks window, filter for "str" and you should see the choices for Strings there, pick the most appropriate sounding one for the task at hand.

Thanks, Right click on the track{STRINGS} SELECT CUSTOM MIDI STYLE FOR THIS Track. That how you import say strings from one style to the one your using. Ed
