I try to make a song with these parts:
A verse
B chorus
A verse
B chorus
C middle 8
B chorus one more time
I tried to do that with a tag but it wont work. Something strange happens. Only way I have been able to do this structure is copy all parts in a string and put the number of choruses to 1.

That will work. Then use 1st and 2nd ending and a ds al coda.
The make the fist ending the last 4 bars of the chorus. the second ending will also be the last 4 bars of the chorus plus the bridge (total 12 bars.
The put a ds al coda at the end of the bridge to point back to the first bar of the chorus and put the exit such that the coda is the last 4 bars of the chorus.
If the chorus is exactly the same (ie the chords are the same before the bridge) you could use a repeat of the verse-chorus combo, followed by the bridge, and a ds al coda as before.

Building the lineasr form is the first step, but it doesn't provide a print version of the notation.
I know many of the readers do not use the printed notion, but I do. So my response is how I would present the music. I do like the new format tool, and it is probably a great starting point if all of the A, B, C parts are identical. I must admit, I still tend to use copy and paste

Are you having trouble building the song in the required format or printing the song?
Building the song in linear form is relatively easy, but getting the lead sheets / Fake Sheet is a printing function. The underlying song doesn't change - only the way it gets displayed. sometimes it's better just to try and then fix the mistakes.
