iRealb is a BIAB "Lite". Over 1300 tunes with the capability of entering your own chords. Nowhere near as sophisticated as BIAB though. Later, Ray

That app is for accessing BIAB from your home computer over the internet. Your home computer has to be on to access BIAB on your tablet. That app is available for android also. Of course Wi-Fi has to be available for your tablet wherever you are. Later, Ray

Your home computer does not have to be on to access BIAB on your tablet. The computer version is needed only to set up your songs. Once they are transferred to the tablet using BIAB for iPad, you can play the songs from your tablet without your computer being on.
To get good sound quality, of course, you need to plug your tablet into a HiFi system or use a wireless router, but nothing else is needed. This makes the tablet an ideal tool to place on your music stand and use at gigs.

But you can't "bang in quick chord changes for the students to play along with" in the current version.
A real BIAB MIDI iOS/Android version without RealTracks has been requested numerous times. I'd easily pay way more than the current .99 price.
iRealb will soon release a Pro version which will be a free upgrade for those who already own the non-pro version. I don't use it much at all being spoiled by BIAB but it can be useful.
I'm still hoping PGM will get serious with mobile devices, after of course, they release the upcoming BIAB 2014.
