I live in Turkey and have to decide whether to wait until January when I am on holiday in the UK and buy there or buy direct and have it shipped via UPS.
The UK price is a third more than the US price but at least I know where I stand with price,as if I order direct I will have to pay an undisclosed customs import fee.
The real reason for the post though is to just say how good the customer service was, both by PG music and it's UK distributor was. Quick replys to my emails full of detail.
Still undecided but will probably have it shipped to Turkey and take my chances with import tax.

Hi Steve,
Don't know what the exact particulars are for Turkey, but you might look into buying the program on the DVD disk installs, which may just avoid duties or taxes altogether.
Then install it to your own hard drive or USB drive when it arrives.

I don't suppose it will be of use to anyone else, but never have a harddrive shipped to Turkey, it is now stuck in customs and the fees they want to release it are astronomical. Wish I had waited till I was back in the Uk. Ah well you live and learn.

I live in UK . If you get the disk here the customs set you back an additionaL 20% vat TAX.If you download (paying in UK) then you can use the download link anywhere (surely?) and download back in Turkey.
