I installed BIAB 2014 ultrapluspac and it is a wonderful improvement over the old GUI. Unfortunately, endings no longer print out on my leadsheets. How do I fix this problem?

Hi Howie, Try playing around with the options I've put a ring around in the below image and see if that helps.  Also, in the "Print" options, try setting the printout to "Whole Song".  Hopes this helps. Regards, Noel

Thank you for your helpful suggestions, I have tried all of what you suggested but the ending still do not appear.when I used the full song setting, the program printed the full song (3 pages) still with no ending.

Howie Try going under the BB Options menu and hitting the "Return to Factory Settings" button. And, when trying to get a Lead Sheet to print properly, stop wasting ink and paper, use the Print Preview option, it is a true WYSIWYG - What You See Is What You Get - once it appears right in every way there, then hit the Print button. --Mac

Sometimes if I have say an 8 bar intro-32 bar chorus w/repeats-an 8 bar ending, I will set the start and end boxes to 1 and 48. Print it out and write in the repeats etc. I've always had a problem with printing charts correctly and prefer to put in all the markings myself. Later, Ray

Thanks for your help Ray, I have also had the same solution as you, there are many tricks to get what you want/need from BIAB. In my case The 2013 version gave me no problem with printing leadsheets with intros, endings etc... so I am convinced it is either a new bug or I am missing something simple in the setup. When I used BIAB 2013, I used ALT W to get to the print service that worked perfectly for me.

Hi Howie, Thank you for sending me the file. You should have received by email, now, the pdf printout that I obtained. It looked like it includes everything. Please let me know if it didn't. How I set BIAB to do that was ... 1. Select Fakesheet Mode  2. Go into "Opt" (#1) and select "Fakesheet include ending bars" (#2). See image below.  3. Press the "Print" button (#1) and then set the 'Print Range' to "Whole Song" (#2). See image below.  To check that it's ok, use the "Print Preview" option as this will show you what the print-out will look like before you print it. Hope this helps, Noel
