I threw together three styles and each came with their own preferred volume levels!
After mucking around with F5 (Bar Settings) Instrument changes, volume and figuring out how to set the numbers, (not intuitive) I think I have something that sounds reasonably balanced.
Can you use F5 (Bar Settings) at the required bar numbers to adjust the volume up/down etc?

I was going into each instrument and making a setting change. I didn't know I could do all instruments at once.
What I didn't get was the numbering system. -127..127
I believe that -10 will lower the sound by 10 somethings and 20 will raise the level by 20 somethings. But I don't know what the starting point is? I also didn't know if the number was the desired sound level or not. I guess if they have negative numbers then it can't be the desired level.

My understanding is that you can change the volume by a relative amount (relative to the existing value) E.g. if the current volume was set at 100 and you put in a value of 20, it would change to 120 If you put in a value of -40 it would change to 60.
Essentially, the value you enter is added to the existing value.
Others might chime in if that's not entirely correct.
Note that the actual min/max values are 0 and 127, so it it was set at 100 and you changed it by +50, it would max at 127.
(Matt, I'm presuming the value is stored in a signed byte?)

When you see "127" in a setting like that in a music program, it is a sign that the coding is using MIDI cc commands. Even if it is controlling something like the Volume of an Audio Track.
So zero is no sound, 127 is all the way up.
The negative numbers are there so that you can reduce the Volume from where it might already be at.
90 is considered the default mean, so internal settings should be normalized to reflect a good sound when you set the faders to 90 or so.
