I have 3363 styles but I am looking to find one with a drum part where there is a foot played hi-hat sound on 2 and 4 only. Can't seem to find one. My accompaniments only consist of a bass line programmed into the melody track using a hi-res bass. In many cases I don't want a lot of drums so the 2 and 4 chick sound will keep me anchored while I play piano. I believe I can create my own real style but it looks like a pretty steep learning curve. Thanks!

Hi Andrew10, I know exactly what you mean. For some reason, getting software developers to understand why we require the backbeat of 2 and 4 is like pullin' teeth at times. *grin* However, we now have an easy way to get what you need, and it is done with RealDrums and not MIDI. Forum user who has started a web business selling Custom RealDrums was kind enough to not only understand my request for this, but also understood and made one for 3/4 as well as 4/4 (in which the 3/4 hit happens on 2 of the rirswt bar and 1 of the succeeding bar, no more "Strauss Effect"!). And not only that, but he has made them available for free via download. http://realdrumsforbiab.com/dwn/ Download and install them, following the directions, you may ahve to Rebuild your Realdrum picker to see them, no big deal, while these aren't the hihat, they work fine. I echo what Mac said here. I learned about http://realdrumsforbiab.com from a feature request post from Solidrock (thanks!). Sergio has some great sounds on there.

Thanks! I couldn't have asked for any better solution. Bonus as I was hoping the answer would include a real hi hat ssample and not just a midi trigger as I am using only BIAB samples for eventual mp3 rendering.
