Searched for posts on this but don't find anything. Is it possible to change keys during a composition. I want the tune to start in Eb then change to F.

Rightclick on the bar, choose Bar Settings, find the box to change key at bar.

I'm the one who is sorry. Was thinking about Band in a Box.
PT/RB doesn't support keysig changes.

If the song is all midi, you might try transposing midi data up one semitone except for the drum track of course. If there are real tracks involved you may or may not be able to pull it off with a bit of work. for this type of arrangement, its usually better to start off in BIB.

Yes, you can transpose the MIDI and have it play and sound like a key change. Just don't expect to be able to use the Notation after the keychange, as it will still be in the original keysig.

(1) Locate to where you want the key change to occur/start
(2) [Block] - [From=Now]
(3) Select all the tracks EXCEPT the drum track (i.e., deselect the drum track)*
(4) [Edit] - [Pitch Transpose MIDI music] - Enter 2 or +2 in the Value window - Click on [>>] on the Thru option line - click [OK]
That should do it.

* If you select all tracks, or may have percussion buried in other tracks, You can alternately deselect Channel 10 info throughout the sequence by using the Data Filter and Secondary Data Filter options available in step (4) above:
(4) [Edit] - [Pitch Transpose MIDI music] - Check "Use Data Filter" option - Enter "2" or "+2" in the Value window - Click on [>>] on the Thru option line - click [OK]
The Data Filter options will appear: Check "Use Secondary Filter" - Enter "1" in the left box of the MIDI Channel Range windows (if it's not already there) - Enter "9" in the right box - click [OK]
The Secondary Filter options will appear: Enter "11" in the left box of the MIDI Channel Range windows - Enter "16" in the right box (if it's not already there) - click [OK]
