I am having a problem with RB where i add a reverb to aux 1 and a dynamics plug to aux 2 and when i hit play it slows down, drags, and breaksup taking 10 minutes to play a 2:30 minute song. I can not stop it or anything, just let it run until it is done, and then remove the plugs for it to get batter. Song had four BiaB tracks and two RTs. Any thoughts?

Sure, might be the particular plugins chosen. What are they exactly? Quote:

I prefer waffles actually!
The plugs are the PG ones that came with RB the Dynamics and the reverb!

Okay, pgmusic plugins are very robust.
Have enough RAM?
What are your specs over there?
OS?
MME or ASIO drivers? (Try switching to the other anyway just to see if it makes 'em work and let us know.)

1.5 gig ram, XP pro, ASIO on M-Audio 24/96
I know i have to up the ram and get rid of the mis match, but this is the only program that complains

Those are good specs, nor should you need ram to solve this problem. If by mismatch you mean that you have one 1g stick and one 512 stick, you are defeating the DDR capability of your ram, try just the one 1g stick for in double density mode it will actually run as 2g (double clock cycle).
If still no joy I'd recommend a reinstall of RealBand and the pgmusic plugins, right overtop, see if that makes a difference, preferably do it this time with any virus scanners turned off.

Yep that is what i mean, so I will pull out the 512 stick, although i want to get another 1 gig stick of DDR.
