I like to use a stand-alone VSTi like Pianissimo while Biab is playing songs. I have tried so, but it seems it is not possible. When I start the VSTi first and Biab next a error message says that it is not possible to load the Asio buffer. When I start Biab first the VSTI is not playing sounds and receives no data messages from the usb keyboard. Can you please explain how to setup?

Sounds like the ASIO "one man dog" problem.
ASIO should only be used on one running program at a time.
Try changing BIAB to run MME Windows Sound drivers and see if that works.
Is Pianissimo a GM compat synth?

Mac, when I use MME I hear no sound. I have disabled the soundchip on my mobo, because I am using a M-Audio soundcard. I don't want to enable both because of the risk of conflicts. Pianissimo is a VSTi plug-in instrument that can be controled with a usb or midi contoller keyboard. Pianissimo uses a combination of sample playback and advanced physical modeling to create a stunning acoustic grand piano sound with 250 MB of high quality samples of a Steinway™ Model D grand piano.

With the name, "Pianissimo" I gathered that it is a standalone piano of some kind.
BIAB isn't really made to work with a softsynth that is just piano, though you may be able to do so (for instance, all RealTracks and RealDrums in a song and just the piano on the keyboard).
I take it that you are, however trying to run two music hosts using ASIO drivers since you used the words, "stand alone". This would mean to me that you are starting Pianissimo up by itself and then starting BIAB up or the other way around. Any one started first, that would still be two separate music hosts.
Have you tried running the VSTi of this Pianissimo from inside of BIAB using the DXi command and then locating the "Use VSTi" at the bottom of the DX list?

I had the problem of trying to get BIAB and ARIA player working on a cheap PC with only on-board sound. ASIO4ALL worked fine for either. Both it wouldn't. I tried the ASIO multiclient driver: http://www.vidance.com/asiomulti/asiomulti.htmlIt didn't work with ASIO4ALL. So, I tried it on another system with a real interface with real ASIO drivers and it worked fine. YMMV.
