Whatever happened to Native Instrument's Bandstand? Can't find it in their website.
Is there any other NI product that can be used in BIAB just as easy as using Bandstand? (i.e. simply Dxi install?)

Bandstand is still on NI's site, at least as of earlier this week. http://www.native-instruments.com/index.php?id=bandstand&L=1However, I do not believe that PG Music is carrying it any more, due to issues with it not working as well as could be hoped for. You can still purchase it from other online retailers, however. Gary
I'm blessed watching God do what He does best. I've had a few rough years, and I'm still not back to where I want to be, but I'm on the way and things are looking far better now than what they were!

Bandstand sounds great, when it's playing a MIDI file internally, or when you're goofing around with it. As a MIDI module, it's simply too much of a resource hog. It can't keep up with any program I used it with, and often wouldn't render audio completely.

I think the money is far better spent when put towards a Ketron SD2 Orchestral Wizard. Hardware MIDI synth, zero latency, few hassles, great sound, works great on ANY computer that can handle a MIDI connect, even kinda slow older laptops.

... I for one sure am happy that I took Mac's advice on gettting the Ketron SD2... FANTASTIC piece of hardware.
