Thanks Noel. Yep, it certainly looks like a compatibility problem has crept in. It works with my IE11, but not Firefox. It certainly used to used to work with any browser I had tried. But not anymore.

Have you called PG and talked with the webmaster Andrew?
I did not know of any Andrew
email ?
Call PG support tell them you have a problem with their website and have tried all the browsers. They will escalate it to the Web team. I talked with Andrew, but, there may be a few who can help you.

If it works at home and not at work that could be a Security/Firewall issue not controlled by PG. They may not want you streaming video at work due to bandwidth.

No that's not the case because at work there are lots of people watching Youtube and other films all day long
Where did you find that link? it has a https instead of a http, making it a secure link which is incorrect. The correct link is the same one without the s:
Resolved here when using the correct link. (Interesting though why IE could play it on my machine, but not FF)

Glad to hear that its fixed. But I'm interested in where the OP found those links to begin with, since if they're out there somewhere they should be fixed.

Yes, the account pages are secure so they are https. That's normal. What isn't normal is a link to other pages like the RealTracks demo page having a https prefix. Perhaps your browser added it in for some reason. In any event, we cannot see a way to duplicate it, and noone else is reporting it (other than the people who used the links you posted above). So the problem is resolved unless someone finds a way that our site is creating links like that.

As I said before I haven't got a clue but I guess I just Googled BIAB and that's how I found your website and from the front page I have navigated to these strange security sites !
But it works great now, and I can hear the previews and has just found a nice electric piano I am about to buy.
Still haven't found any 3/4 Mitch Mitchell drums styles though
