...has a textfile, csv, or similar as an output containing information like title, key, tempo, instruments, and maybe some more information?

Go to GNMIDI's site and select the Freeware tab. There you will find a utility to convert MIDI to text and vice versa. This lets you convert to text, edit the text file, then convert back to MIDI. You may have to run it under DOSBox (free) or in a 32-bit O/S (perhaps as a VM), but it should work.

Thanks, but his programs require a 32bit Windows. My computers both have 64bit Windows and the programs don't run.
I look around for a 32bit VM.

If you don't find something else, you should be able to download DOSBox and run in that environment as a command line utility.

I have managed to receive a result. I never thought that I'd dive that deep into the DOS environment again. I can get information about my collection of midi files. It will take a while but it is possible.
But in general the result is not what I need or better: would like to have. The result is i.e. for the file "Across The Universe - Beatles (2).mid": ACROSS~1.MID: Across The Universe (47 kb, format 1, 13 tracks, GS)
I would like to have something similar to the SongPicker list: "Across The Universe - Beatles (2).mid, Across The Universe, 47 kb, format 1, 13 tracks, GS, key D, timesig 4/4, bpm 79, measures 72, duration 00:03:40:253" and maybe the one or other parameter more. A result like this one I can manipulate according to my needs. I don't mind if I have to run two, three or four programs to achieve the desired result. This type of work is not daily work.
I have not yet managed to have the program midifade -songtime run for more than one file at a time and also I was unable to direct the result of that program into a file.
Thank you anyway for the help. It is a start. I'll keep searching.

I found a program that works fairly well for my needs/wishes: http://www.wierzba.homepage.t-online.de/psd/psdmain.htmRunning the program with a search for the entire disk results in an file opening/writing error. If I run this file on selected folders (one that has almost all my music files in it in several sub-folders) it works ok. While the above web site is in English the version on my computer is in German and I have not found a way to get the English version (admittedly one that I don't need)

This is an interesting question. There are utilities out there to give you the tempo, or guess the key, and a DAW will show the duration, but I've never seen anything like what you request with all of these and more. It would have to have some intelligence to figure out meter and measures.

While this program in the link of my above post figures out most of the useful data it is not perfect.
But: For most files the information is perfect because these files have one tempo and one time signature. (Several files that I have investigated show the information correct for the first measure.) Mr. Wierzba is active in the Yamaha keyboard field and has written the software for users of the Yamaha keyboards to manage PSR styles and expanded the software to cover midi files also.
If you have a large selection of midi files this software lets you select files easier through filters. You also can change information in the files using this software. I have not yet tested the latter statement. Most of the information I found on-line and in the help file of the PSR database.
