Hi
I have now finally managed to download all the huge files for my recent 2016 Purchase.
Is there a guide somewhere for performing the install/upgrade from the raft of downloaded files please?

Hi Mark, On the account page where you have download links for all your files there should be a link named ++ tutorial - Tips for downloading the UltraPlus or Everything Paks ++ If not, then use the link I've provided. Essentially, Make sure you have all your files in one folder. Next you run the Band-in-a-Box installer program. Then there is a master Realtracks installer program that will automatically run every installer file (except for the BiaB installer program) contained in the folder including RealTracks, Supermidi, loops, etc. That is the way it works in Windows. Hopefully Mac is similiar. If not you may want to chat with support.

Thanks for the info Jim. However, most of the information available seems to relate to the Windows version.
Maybe I am being too cautious and the Mac version is super easy.
What I seem to have is a lot of DMG files which I assume I have to mount and then run the installer within one by one.
There is a comment in the read me saying I don't need to re-install the real tracks I already have. Problem is I can't see how to tell which real track numbers I have. When I look in the RT folder the tracks are visible but are named by Name, no sign of the track number. But the install files are named by Number!
So is there a way to see which RT numbers I already have installed so I can just add the new ones?
Or is it safer to just get the lot and do them all?

You've somewhat answered at least one of your own questions there, it is safest to "just get the lot and do them all". The installer programs on these .dmg files are now 'wise' enough not to destroy or duplicate anything you already got, I might add, so that shouldn't be a concern. If, however, something has been updated within the things you already got, grabbing everything will ensure you get that. But if you don't fancy the idea of waiting for download of something which you highly likely already have (or, like me, have "foreign dl cost" to consider), you can indeed find out what you got in several ways. The simplest is actually from within the program itself: Under the Help menu there's a very handy "What add-ons have I got?" which tells you precisely that, numbers & all. You can easily copy that text and do a comparison at your leisure. A slower method is to look into your RT Demos folder and make notes of the set number of the folders you find there, and an even slower method (as a last resort) is to look at the list of all Realtracks on pgmusic.com main site ( here) and do a comparison. Neither of these two options is likely to save you any time, though. So again, my advice echos your own words: Grab everything and run every installer! - Oh, and welcome to the 'club'

Many thanks for the tip. That Help/What Addons... screen is very useful. As You can guess I am a bit new to BIAB so still finding all the little dark secret corners of the app!
I think I will on this occasion just run everything to be sure. In future I may be a bit more selective.
BTW, Kudos to your football team for beating our lack-lustre pretty boys in the Euro footy. They were an inspiration to us all. I hope our new manager takes some ideas from them in getting our lot to turn up!

No problem. I only realised upon rereading your initial post (after having written my response) that you had already fetched everything, so lots of what I wrote was obviously redundant. But if something was still helpful in there, then very good. Ta for the footie sentiment, I think the trick is we finally learned to stop hyping the "stars" and went for a team instead...maybe someday you will too
