CTRL+T will change between the two different views that 2017 has. Try that.

But the toolbars are empty (no icons anymore): only 3 gray bars, no drop station to choose icons from. ...
Any smart tip ?

That is definitely not right. Sorry you're having trouble.
Do you see these problems in both modes using CTRL+T?
Did you install to the same location as an older version of BIAB, or is this a new first-time use?
Mo, can you tell us what version of Windows you use, in case that gives a clue?
I assume you downloaded BIAB. I suggest downloading the program again and reinstalling. If you don't succeed, give PG Music Support a call.

When I first installed, it came up without the taskbar. I randomly clicked on the buttons under "Master" and it came up. Ctrl-T is good to know. I was mildly concerned at first...:)

I'm having a similar problem right now: all the icons on the custom tab are gone:  Return to Factory Settings doesn't work.

Regarding missing buttons in the CUSTOM tab selection area: Return to Factory Settings doesn't work. Either deleting the file INTRFACE.BBW or RETURN TO FACTORY SETTINGS is what caused the buttons in the CUSTOM tab area to vanish. Even reinstalling everything from scratch doesn't restore the buttons at present This was discovered late in beta testing, too late to fix it before release... But PGMusic knows about this and I'd bet it will be fixed in an early patch.

Hi Cerio,
That sounds like an issue peculiar to doing a return to factory settings.
Solution is to:
#1 . When bbw is not running, erase intrface.bbw (in BB folder)
Things should be fine then. If you want to do a return to factory settings, do the #1 method instead. We will fix it in next patch.

Yep... just tested it... deleting INTRFACE.BBW brought my buttons back! Thanks Peter!
I had deleted it just before doing a factory reset, so I blamed both of those things for the loss of the buttons. If I had deleted it AFTER the factory reset, it would have restored the buttons before I even realized they were gone.

hello,
same problem here.
deleting INTRFACE.BBW and factory reset does not solve the problem.
re-download didnt solve the problem.
