Simple stuff, I know, but I'm stymied. I know how to get my first chorus (16 bars) to repeat 3 times. Now, I want a 2nd chorus to play once, then go to the 1st chorus once, then to a 4-bar ending. Can you tell me specifically what I would click on and enter to make this happen--short of entering the whole song in linear form? Thanks!

Assuming that what you call "2nd Chorus" is a different set of chords from the main chorus, one way to lay this out in BIAB would be thus:
*1st 16 bars, use BIAB 3X Chorus command
*For that "2nd Chorus" just write out the chords in the bars after the first 16. Extend "End of Song" to end of those bars. Now you should have a song that plays the first 16 bars three times and then plays the next set of bars.
*Invoke a TAG ending (Song Settings) that is 20 bars long, Copy the first 16 bars chords to there. Then type in the chords for your 4-bar ending in the last 4 remaining bars.
Select whether you prefer 2-bar ending or whatever else, End 2-bars Early, maybe, in Song Settings.

Did you mean in your post that you would like a 3 x16 layout with a second chorus different to the first with the 3rd chorus the same as the first and a 4 bar ending - if it is then you will write the 1st x 16 bars then add on to that the 2nd x 16 bars then copy the first 16 bars to follow and add another 4 bars for the ending
or
Type in your 1st and 2nd chorus and set BIAB to play x 2 choruses then use a tag ending from after bar 16 and put a 4 bar ending (jump to) at bar 33 - 36
