Sound keeps cutting out with BIAB. I can play videos, music files, my synth as a standalone with no issue.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

All songs, or just one?
Try in Preferences, RealTracks turning off Fast Generation. If it’s only one song, there is another checkbox for This Song Has Problems.

Does the cutout occur at the same place in the song each time, or is it random?
Does it completely cutout (as in mute for an extended period) or does it chop in and out more like an interruption?
If you solo specific tracks, does the cutout still occur?

Rich, In addition to the above, try setting your audio driver to MME. If that doesn't help, go to the link below and set up your BIAB audio and midi drivers as shown. This particular setup is the most productive as the starting place when it comes to problem solving. http://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=461558#Post461558Also, if you have any USB devices connected, disconnect them and restart BIAB. Sorry . got pulled away for a while. It happens on all tracks . Can't tell if it is at the same time or not. In one instance though it is happening when I do a tempo change but that is not the only time it happens.

Where is your BiaB located? On the C:/drive root, i.e. C:/BiaB.exe? In x64 programs? On a USB drive? Are you running it as an administrator?
I arrived early to a restaurant.

Noel, I followed the instructions and played two files and it appears it is okay now. I have to head for work so I cannot spend more time testing it.
If you wouldn't mind, I am going to be asking for the same info for realband and also the proper setup for my Artutia Analog Lab3 synth which for some reason isn't working properly with realband. I will start a thread in Realband later today. It was working fine but I must have messed something up. Thanks for all your help everyone.
