Hola muy buenas noches soy nueva usuaria del programa Band in a Box escribo para agradecer al Maestro Carlos E. Arellano por abrirme las puertas a este mundo de la informatica musical y a su vez para preguntar como el programa me puede ser util para hacer arreglos de voces?

Hola Rossie, gusto en saludarte! te damos la bienvenida. Siempre será un placer poder ayudar a abrir las puertas a este fantastico mundo de la música y la informática y en especial a personas con talento y ganas como tu. Con respecto a tu pregunta, Band in a Box, aunque no es un programa especialmente diseñado para hacer arreglos vocales o corales de nivel académico o clásico, tiene recursos que te permitirán aplicar armonías o "voces" a la melodía. Esto es muy conveniente para enriquecer tus arreglos en Band in a Box, sobre todo en el contexto de los estilos de música popular. Para lograrlo debes, primero por supuesto tener una melodía grabada en la pista "Melodía", luego haces click en la casilla "M" (arriba a la derecha del menú debajo de "audio") para que se despliegue el menu de estilos y tipos de armonias que se aplicarán automaticamente a la pista de melodía. Luego de seleccionar el estilo de armonización se hará click en el botón de escritura para que la armonización creada no solo se escuche sino también quede escrita en notación musical. Vean abajo la imagén descriptiva con los pasos a seguir. En el pequeño VIDEO DE EJEMPLO que puedes bajar aqui y que he preparado especialmente podrán observar y escuchar el proceso. Es muy simple! animate a colocarle armonías a tus melodías con Band in a Box!! Nota importante: si bien con este recurso del programa se lograrán resultados muy útiles y a veces espectaculares, no deberá tomarse como un sustituto del estudio y la aplicación de las reglas de la armonía a nivel académico, sino mas bien como ayuda para ensamblar voces con las notas correctas armonicamente hablando. Los movimientos de las voces y los arreglos, el tratamiento rítmico y las ideas melódicas derivadas de la melodía principal a armonizar siempre tendrán su mayor recurso en el ingenio, experiencia e intuición del arreglista. Sin embargo, y en mi experiencia propia, el uso de la armonización en Band in a Box me ha proporcionado siempre un punto de partida muy util. Por otro lado las canciones en estilos populares, como el rock, jazz, country, bossa nova, boleros, latino y muchos mas se beneficiaran al instante de la armonización con Band in a Box.
