The last few versions of BiaB shipped with an Installer file that installs both the VSC DXi and a newer VSC VSTi version.
I have a feeling that if the Installer cannot install the DXi version on a 64-bit system that it never reaches the point where it decompresses and copies the VSC VSTi to the proper folder.
And possibly all that may be needed is the .dll file for the VSC VSTi placed in the right folder to check out functionality on a 64 bit system.

I am nearly 100% certain that the sonar version of Edirol VSC did not come with the VSTi version - only the DXi version.

In my BB directory, there is a sub directory called VSC. There is the VSC, VSC-DXi Installer, and a VSC-VSTi Installer. Opening the VSC-VSTi data folder, there is no vsc.dll, so it is not possible. There are two .zip files, which also may be .cab files. I can not open them with WinZip because they do not conform to the Microsoft .cab format. I am certain that because this is an 'installer' type program, you can not run it in any Win 64 OS.
Hence, the answer to your question still remains a 'No.'

Just a heads up
Kontakt 3.5 and 4.0 are 64 bit friendly now. It's also greatly improved-best thing out there probably.
It does conversions, it just might be able to handle a variety of formats.
Problem is, this stuff get's rather pricy.
