I seem to have lost my favorite method of moving tracks from BiaB to my DAW. In 2020 I could hold down the Ctrl key and drag the Master track onto the "+" symbol in the Drop Station. That would give me a popup dialog and I could choose formats. I would choose WAV and MIDI, and generate separate tracks. This would give me audio and MIDI (when available) for all tracks individually. Now when I do that, I get nothing - when I view the MASTER track in the new mixer, no sound appears to be going out there. Something fundamental has changed. Help! I'd love to be doing most of my work from the DAW Plugin, but it's just not where I need it to be yet.
I have the 809 patch installed.

Hi,
This may or may not help but it's worth a shot.
Try right-clicking on the Dropbox and have a look at the "Options for DAW plugin"
It might be that something in these settings has changed from previously.

The Master button problem has been reported and a fix is coming.
BIAB 2026 Win Audiophile. Software: Fender Studio One 8, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6, Song Master Pro, Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Fender Quantom HD8 & Faderport 8, Royer 121, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors.

Thanks Matt and Noel! I did check the Options screen as Noel suggested and nothing changed that behavior. Hopefully that will be fixed soon, as it's a primary workflow component. A similar topic - should Utility tracks also be exportable once the Master button is fixed? I'm not seeing anywhere to do that. I would hope to get both WAV and MIDI (when available) for RealTracks in utility tracks. And are Utility tracks mono-only? When I put a stereo RealTrack on a Utility track, then track description says "Mono 32-bit". Any way to default that description to be the same info as a realtrack on a legacy track? UPDATE: I did talk to the support line, and got a little further with this. Using the Audio menu "Export song as Audio file" option, I can get all of the non-muted tracks to export as waves, including the Utility tracks. I haven't found a way to also get the MIDI for the RealTracks, and I don't know what it does with pure MIDI tracks. So hopefully the drop station issue will be fixed soon. Support pointed me to this video, and the option I mention was covered first, so I don't know if there are better options for MIDI later in the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Px958TmzhA

Prior to 2021, I would always hold down CTRL-Shift when dragging from Master track to the Drop Zone. That seemed to have been necessary when I started using BiaB last April. CTRL-Shift wasn't working for me in 2021, but I've discovered that just dragging/dropping IS giving me the results I want - I get the popup dialog and separate files for WAV and MIDI, all placed in the DragAndDrop folder. So I guess this is resolved - via a change in my procedures. Don't know if anyone else did things the way I do but hopefully this will help.

Hi Chuck,
It sounds like your default settings might be different between the two versions.
To double-check this, right-click on the "+" in the middle of the Dropbox and select "Options for DAW Plugin" to see if "Drag Master As Separate Tracks" is checked.

It is - I think you and I talked about that setting when I first mentioned the problem, so it's been that way for weeks. But then I think someone said since I wasn't using it in Plugin mode, it might not apply? I don't know about 2020, but I always got Master as separate tracks when I did drag and drop.

Some of those settings only apply to the Dropbox while others are for general behaviour.
