Where can I find the serial number for BIAB? Trying to order 2021 because I can't keep 2016 running for longer than 5 minutes without it locking up, requiring a full hard reboot.
Happens every time Windows does an update! This time I've been 2 days, about 6 wasted hours trying to get it to work.
NOTE: Not BIAB. RealBand and PT. Neither work without locking up.
Wish I could just buy RealBand update! I keep buying BIAB upgrades, and haven't used BIAB more than 10 times in 14 years. I just used PT before switching to RB.

You raise an interesting question. Put a request in the Wishlist to be able to update RealBand separately. Or call Sales; they might be able to work something out.

log in to your PG Music account and you'll find everything you purchased in date order with the relevant activation codes.
but you don't meed your 2016 activation code to upgrade - at least i don't. sign in and buy the 2021 pack you want and PG will automatically recognize you.

Order page says enter ser no so they can let you know what packages you qualify for.

There was no activation needed for 2016. It was just load and go.

That may be correct; I'm not finding any Tickets Activated prior to 2017.

Just call PGMusic and talk to sales. They should be able to help you.
If you received a USB drive from them, the serial number should be on a little sticker.
But if you bought from PG Music, the serial number should already be in your account (my account shows registered versions back to 2015).

Wish I could just buy RealBand update! I keep buying BIAB upgrades, and haven't used BIAB more than 10 times in 14 years. I just used PT before switching to RB. - PowerTracks is still available ($29 upgrade): https://www.pgmusic.com/powertracks.packages.htm- You can buy a Band-in-a-Box and RealBand Pro Upgrade from 2019 or earlier ($69). You will get a new serial number, and you will not need your serial from 2016.
