I seemed to miss the XPro Styles PAK 1 offer and went to purchase anyway. I always opt for digital download because I have superfast fibre to the premises. However, having clicked on checkout the price went from $49 to $58 dollars. I'm assuming this is extra shipping costs? Why the extra price if downloading online? That's not a viable price hike in my opinion. OK, I'm in Cornwall UK. dId I do something wrong when ordering?

The XPro Styles are a download only. Even if you had also purchased a physical copy of a main Band-in-a-Box PAK, shipping is free of charge. You are likely seeing the taxes, which are calculated by your country's regulations. This should be reflected on your invoice. If you did not receive your email with download links and invoice, please contact us directly either over live chat on the website or email sales@pgmusic.com and we would be happy to help you.

I didn't purchase Chantelle. After seeing the extra $9 charge I clicked on cancel. Shame for me. I like to have all extras. Should have kept an eye open for the offers. I don't understand extras incurred like VAT. It's our Government stealing as far as I see it.

It may seem unusual if you're from the UK because stores in Europe include the taxes charged in the total price. Whereas, stores in North America only calculate taxes during the checkout process and list them separately.

I was saddened by the extra charges. Wouldn't have mind paying the advertised price having missed the offer but I'm not prepared to pay $58 fo some extra styles. I thought we were informed by email when offers ocurred. I certainly didn't receive anything. Would have jumped at the opportunity.
