Since installing Build 840, the audio input is no longer reaching the guitar tuner. The tuner launches, and it still generates tones, but no signal is getting to the tuner for direct use.
The audio input is still available for recording in BIAB, but it just isn't getting to the tuner.
Any suggestions?

It appears to be responsive on our computer. Have you tried going to Options | Return to Factory Settings?

Thanks for the reply Chantelle. Yes I have returned to Factory Settings, but still no signal to the tuner.
It definitely worked before the latest update.

Please close Band-in-a-Box, go to your bb folder (usually c:\bb\preferences), and delete the following two files:
Mysetup.dk
intrface.bbw
Next, please right click on your Band-in-a-Box shortcut and select Properties | Compatibility | check "Run program as administrator" and click apply. Then just double click on your Band-in-a-Box icon to launch the program.

New information: I have a Scarlett 8i6 and the two analog inputs are the default inputs to Band in a Box. Both Input 1 and Input 2 can be used as Record In for BIAB, but only Input 1 is routed to the Tuner. Input 2 cannot be tuned.
