Hi all,
Now that I have more time I composed this tune. Can't really define the genre (acid jazz, jazz hip hop..).

Styles used :

Jazzhop.sty (Part A)
Torment.sty (Part B)

Guitar used : Fender Mustang 1966
Effects : THU-FULL
BIAB 2020 (I received my 2022, haven't installed it yet)
Mixed in Reaper

Hope you will enjoy it!

SOLACE

Absolutely fantastic.

Excellent guitar playing and a spot on mix. Loved the video also.

I would call this smooth jazz. YMMV

Loved it.

Great, you sound like a guitarist I like by the name of RJ Ronquillo. Awesome session guy. Nice playing WITH the sax. Terrific work!

Mr. Napoli...

There is nothing like watching/listening to a musician who knows how to play his/her instrument! Your performance came off as soulful and deep-feeling.

Forget about defining the genre. It's simply memorable music with a mellow groove and a laid-back feel that is perfect for repeat listening.

Hi Solace,

Very nice guitar playing.

You just need some lyrics now.

Best Regards
Nigel

Jazz hop. The rhythm is too Latinate/hip hop to be smooth jazz to my ears. I rather preferred the non sax parts.

Cheers

Such good tone! And the melody is perfect and perfectly played, Angelo. The sax was a nice touch. I'm with Mario on the Smooth Jazz, but not a fan of categories. I'd put this one in the class of Really Good Instrumentals.

Enjoy whatever happens!
