Hallo Gemeinde. Bin absoluter Neuling und habe nur eine Frage. Ich möchte mit Band in a Box bestehende GM Files vom Ursprung in was neues umwandeln lassen. Also vom Walzer auf Rock Pop Country Rhytmus z.b. Bestehende Instrumente sollen sich von den Harmonien anpassen oder was neues erstellen.Geht so etwas ? Gesehen und gehört habe ich das schon mal bei einem Bekannten der leider verstorben ist. Ich glaube der hat das mit Band in a Box gemacht. Das ist aber schon über 10 Jahre her. Er hat sich einen bekannten Song als GM File geladen und umwandeln lassen.

Hallo UWI,
es ist richtig, du kannst in Band in a Box MIDI-Files importieren, für deine Zwecke idealerweise nur die MIDI-Melodiespur. Dann kannst du mit Band in a Box die Akkorde dazu ergänzen und mit einer beliebigen Style-Datei eine "Begleitband" deiner stylistischen Wahl erzeugen und natürlich auch die Melodiespur mit einem Instrument deiner Wahl erklingen lassen.
Wenn du die Akkorde deines Songs nicht kennst und also auch nicht "beim Namen nennen" kannst, kannst du es Band in a Box überlassen, die Akkorde aus der (dazu komplett) importierten MIDI-Datei selbst zu erkennen (eine MIDI-Datei beinhaltet selbst keine Akkordbezeichnungen), das gelingt aber nicht immer ganz zufriedenstellend, es hängt sehr vom MIDI-Arrangement des Stückes ab.
Versuch das mal und wenn du nähere Informationen zur Vorgehensweise brauchst, findest du im Supportbereich dieser Webseite einige brauchbare Erklärtutorials dazu.

Hallo Brille..
erst einmal Danke für deine Antwort.Ein GM Midifile hab ich mal geladen und sehe beim Abspielen auch die richtigen Akkorde in Symbolik.Ab hier weiss ich nicht weiter.hast Du vielleicht einen Link für ein Tutoriel diesbezüglich für BIAB.Ich hab das Programm vorgestern das erste mal gestartet.Als Neuling erschlägt einen das mit den Möglichkeiten. Ich möchte erst mal nur eine Info finden wie das Programm mir aus einem kompletten GM Song vom 3/4 Walzer einen Rockn Roll macht , oder noch besser den Rhytmus beibehält und die Akkorde und Bass harmonisch umwandelt.. Das wird zwar dann wahrscheinlich erst mal nicht zufriedenstellend funktionieren, aber das könnte ich dann in Logic oder Presonus nacharbeiten. Im Prinzip aus einem Ohrwurm einen neuen Song berechnen lassen der dem Original ähnelt.Ich denke mal Herr Dieter Bohlen macht das ähnlich. So schnell kann man keine neuen guten Songs schreiben. An manchen Stellen denkt man öfters das hast Du doch schonmal gehört und kommst nicht drauf.. Ich hoffe Du verstehst meinen Gedankengang. Ich bin Rentner und war Berufsmusiker. Ich könnte mich auch hinsetzen und alles Note für Note einspielen. Abern den Groove von Bass und Drums krieg ich nicht hin..
