OP basilhenriques Enthusiast Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 17 Tamworth United Kingdom	A song saved that includes instrument mutes, fade in, and other information, when reloaded hasn't got any of it included. So, I go to the trouble of muting various instruments and setting fade in and outs, only to find that after I've save the song and reloaded it at a later time, all the work has been in vain.. WHY, what am I doing wrong ? Please.. The images chronologically explain what does and doesn't happen. 1/. Setting the mutes 2/. Setting the parameters 3/. Setting the name to save 4/. Reloading the song 5/. NO Red line around bar 1 part marker 6/. The complete absence of info in the "Bar Settings" box ?? Check out the time-stamp of the images to see the chronology, (It IS correctly represented) So what have I done wrong, and more to the point, how can I save songs to include the "Bar settings" information when replaying ? Enquiring and frustrated minds wish to know.. AND, (There, I've managed to start a sentence with AND) if you're puzzled by the name it's the Beyoncé song (Down a forth) NOT the Bach Gounod, Mozart, Bruckner, Brahms or Schubert ones..

Andrew - PG Music PG Music Staff Joined: May 2002 Posts: 7,367 Victoria, BC	Hello, I can't think of why that would be happening, but to start with check your Band-in-a-Box build (Band-in-a-Box menu \| About Band-in-a-Box). If it's not build 8, install the update patch at: http://www.pgmusic.com/support_macintoshupdates.htm Also, you might try restoring the factory settings. To do this, backup the /Band-in-a-Box/Preferences folder (make a copy of it so you can restore your old settings if you need to), then delete all of the files from it. Do this with the program closed. Andrew PG Music Inc.
