OK, I just downloaded it and can confirm it is the same videos but available in a download instead of just watching them without the hoops to jump through using various video players.
I like having them downloaded so I can pause and experiment with the videos. I remember seeing them earlier but at my age, it is better to check them out at my own pace. I learned a lot by watching them but can retain the knowledge better this way.
