A few years ago, I picked up a Yamaha P-80 digital piano at my local Guitar Center. It was used, and I paid about $500 for it back then. What I would do is go to your local music stores, and look for trade ins. I'd be willing to bet you can get an 88 key digital piano, or stage piano, or something like that, for close to what you're asking.

I'm blessed watching God do what He does best. I've had a few rough years, and I'm still not back to where I want to be, but I'm on the way and things are looking far better now than what they were!
