First, I have Version 2008.5 (265). My song has a repeat and a Coda. I entered the Copyright information in the Print Setup. When I print in Leadsheat, Fake Sheat Mode, the Copyright information is missing. I did a search and found nothing. Strangly, when I open the Leadsheat Window, the Copyright information appears at the bottom of the first 12 bars.  TIA

I don't print from Biab often. However, look at the print option settings in Notation View in Biab. See if there is check mark missing in your print options settings.

I always use the Preview page first to see what the printout is going to look like.
That way, if I've toggled something in the many Options - or BiaB has - I can go thru them looking for what to check or uncheck, using Preview to make sure it did the job intended, before wasting paper and ink.
To date, the Preview has been 100%. If I see it there, I know it will print on the paper.

Thanks Mac. I too, always Preview before I print. That's how I found this problem. Another strange thing. Let's say the song is 8 staves long. If I tell the setup it's 8 staves and preview it, it has 7 staves on the first page and one stave on the second page "with" the Copyright statement. If I tell the setup 9 staves, the entire song is on one page "without" the Copyright statement. No second page.
I thought, OK, this must mean it doesn't look at the Copyright statement as a stave, so I set it up for 10 staves. On Preview, lots of room at the bottom but still no Copyright statement.
I'm still lost on this one.

Try Opt., Return to Factory Settings just to make sure it isn't something in the program that got scrambled. Probably won't help, but should be done first anyway.

Hi GG,
The "Lead Sheet Memo" is designed to appear on the last page following the last stave. It's sounds like the copyright option in the print dialogue is acting in this way. Matt's suggestion of factory reset sounds good.
Something else that might be worth trying is the "Memo" button on Lead Sheet view. This will open the Lead Sheet Memo and you should be able to enter copyright information there. (Hold alt, enter 0169 on the number keypad and release alt to create the © symbol.)

Thanks Noel. I had already tried the Memo option and iat didn't appear at the bottom. I appreciate the help.
I'll try the reset and report back if it worked. Thanks Matt.
