I like what I see in your past experience. Congrats on previous accomplishments.
Hard rock is a bit challenging in BiaB. Using Realband I think the challenge is able to be accomplished for your purposes. In BiaB alone, I'd feel much less confident.
That said, if you have BiaB files that show an eaxample of what you want, and are willing to go to RB as the next level, it may be possible (you can open BiaB files in RB). I'm about 4 hours from Toronto, and only go there every few years, but if you want to work on the net, I may be interested ...
