The bass staff has quarter notes on the bass note without any phrasing or syncopation; just a thump, thump, thump, etc. and above this are quarter note chords thumping along too.
Sounds like a MIDI channeling problem in which a Piano part got placed on the channel that is firing a Bass patch.
OR - You have a Prefs. setting in BiaB to Output Chords, which is for use with harmonizers exterior to BiaB and somehow that has gotten onto the Bass track or channel.
The suggestion to try Options -> Return to Factory Settings is a good thing to try.
