Well, we've had our share of both crashes and hangs during beta testing, which is to be expected, but I think the current version 2011 is as stable as it's been in a long time, since before RealTracks and many of the new powerful features.
From your website, I see you live in the USA. Have you tried calling PG Music Support? They are really good.
I really don't want to bother them until I'm sure it's not something I'm doing wrong. If I can't get it right, I will contact them.
