yepp, my fault, I called up the guitar window, check the options and seems I flipped something on auto aeolian/phygrian and it started to make those tabs. When I let him all choose auto, he corrected fine and generates correct fingering over 5th fret now.
Was about to buy the tab editor but now I have it in Band-in-a-Box. BINB is tad expensive software but boy, it does so many things and it does it quite well, it's worth the change.
