Good to know that there is somebody else around who will still hang in there for more than a few sentences. Working through the details, bit by bit, can sound kind of nit-picky, but I believe that it does help make things better in the end. pgmusic seem willing to listen too, which is a refreshing change from some companies. I often spot errors in music books too - possibly due to the increasing reliance on software spell-checkers rather than professional proofreaders - but usually there's little interest shown in producing errata lists. The focus often seems to be more on flogging the print run and then moving on to the next title.
