One way to more quickly delete the lowest notes using BIAB is to, first, determine the lowest note you want to keep, then go to the piano roll view and, starting below the lowest note, left click and drag upward along the piano keys at the right and stop just below that lowest note you want to keep. That will select all the notes in that range for the whole song presumably, form you, those of the base clef). Release the mouse button and press delete. You can also select by lassoing.
