Only way to be sure is to get the system and see.
It is always a good idea to get a system that has as many PCI slots in it as you can find these days if you are into making music.
At least make sure it has at least two PCI slots, full height, so that you can install that M-Audio card. Why two slots? At least two, so that you can try another slot if there is an IRQ share with the soundcard.
