Our Bluegrass styles are 16th note based, so a fast bluegrass style would be tempo of 130.
If you want to see a tempo of 260 instead, with 8th notes, then you would use Half-Time.
I don't think we've made a style that is like that (we should be able to upload one next week).
In the meantime, you could make one by setting all of the realTracks to half-Time in the RealTracks assign dialog.
(note that half time doesn't apply to drums, so choose no drums or an 8th note based drums style.
