The program opens in reduced mode with only 4 or 5 lines showing, irrespective of your Preferences settings. That's goofy behavior. Any slight tug with the mouse at the border does resize the thing according to how you have your number of lines set. But only then does it start to act as I'd expect.

Maybe that's considered "fixed". And by BiaB standards, one weird extra mouse click isn't a very strenuous workaround for programming quirks. But it's exactly the way the program has worked since 2010 came out.




Larry, perhaps what you are reporting is something different that was fixed in the 2011 build? I remember the screen display problem, it was indeed nasty and it has been fixed.

This is where a short video of the problems would save a lot of time. Can you show us your screen?
