Is it possible to get 4 output audio tracks from BIAB for Windows.

Hi Satyajit,
Welcome to the forums.
As far as I am aware, BIAB ouputs in stereo and not surround sound. As I only have a 2.1 set-up, though, I don't know how it handles surround sound production. I'm suspect that there's someone in these who has the knowledge. I'm interested to find out too.

I have surround 5.1 system - BIAB comes out of the front pair on my system. Its a stereo signal so you can pan it through anywhere via a mixer, but its always going to be stereo. When it enters the mixer it will come in as a stereo signal, from there the mixer routes to a destination of your choice that might be an additional pair of speakers, headphones etc..

Band in a Box can only address a single stereo audio pair output at this time.
Realband, on the other hand, can be used to direct tracks to multiple outputs if your sound device has them available, a "multitrack" sound device. Band in a Box songs can be moved to Realband program, or they can be generated from scratch there as well.

Thanks. Is it easy to direct the Realband tracks to a multitrack USB audio output. I am looking at the M-Audio Fast Track Pro Mobile USB Audio/MIDI Interface. What I would like to achieve is to have each instrument of a quartet, created in BIAB, to come out through separate speakers. I am okay with converting the song to Realband first.

I'll give it a try tomorrow. I have a Line 6 UX8 that can be configured for 8 mono outs. I've never tried it in BIAB but I know it's pretty easy in my other software.
