Better do some deographics first, find out how many firms and individuals are already in the Industrial Music bidness. Not that one more couldn't make some money, mind you, noting better than competition for any business endeavor.

After that I would recommend heartily that whoever takes on such should become more than a little bit familiar with the required audio engineering necessary to be able to provide content that falls within the criteria set by the potential customers. At least know what constitutes a translatable mix and how to Master.
