I'd start by searching MIDI Techno styles. (I believe most of these are in Set/disk 77.) These won't be exactly what you want, but slow them down a bunch and give a listen. You may get some ideas. You may be able to create hybrid Styles from what is there. I'd also give a listen to some of the New Age Styles. Maybe a mashup of the two?
