you'BB tracks are the first 8 to 10 tracks in RB when you open a new project. The track names are different color.

By selecting a style in the style picker, accessed by clicking the style name under the big 'UNTITLED' song title in a new project, you can select a style (usually defaults to 'LETTERS' here in a new project or when first opening RB). You can then select a style and click 'Generate' button just a little bit to the right of the style picker area. This will generate a whole 'band' on the first 8 tracks using chords from the Chords window and the selected tempo.

To generate individual tracks, just right click a new track (or existing one if you want to change it) and select the 'generate realtrack' (or generate MIDI track) option.

That section of screen right above the actual Tracks window (and under the piano keys) is the song generation section, and usually becomes easy to decipher if you are used to BiaB. Most BiaB features are there, they just look a little different.
