The most encountered abbreviation for minor is that minus sign, I'd go for that first every time.

The Fake Chord system, if we can call it a system, was never agreed upon formally nor finalized, but usage of what works has created a system of sorts.

The shorthands or abbreviations for chord extensions are basically as follows:

Chord letter followed by minus sign is straight minor ex: A-

You can add the dominant after the minus sign to abbreviate say and Amin7 thus: A-7

A little triangle after the lettername denotes Maj7.

A little circle after the lettername denotes full diminished.

And a little circle with a slash through it denotes the half diminished or min7b5 chord.

If you set your BiaB notation and chord fonts to the Jazz Fonts, you get those abbreviations on the chart.
