I created mine on a web page called http://qrcode.kaywa.com/, saved it to my computer, used Irfanview to resize it to 80x80 for PG and I use I-nigma as my reader. Works great.
In fact I have several of them ranging from band promo to a link to my music to a gag Christmas shopping list for my Facebook friends. I have one on my phone called "info" that someone with a smartphone can scan and take my info rather than having to speak slowly while they type me into a contacts list.
Got to admit I had no interest until I saw Gary use one and that started me thinking about applications.
