The final bars of a lot of gospel tunes and hymns can often be used as Intros.

Basic Intro rules for the number of bars to use is defined by the Tempo of the song in most cases. This information may be found by examining the BiaB Intro wizard found under the Edit menu.

RealBand is likely going to be the better program choice for editing those MIDI files.

It might be as simple as copying the last four bars, then rewinding back to the beginning of the file and pasting those four bars at the front while shifting all notes in the song four bars to the right. A little cleanup for things like possible pickup notes or hangers on, and you've got the kind of intro that people can easily figure out what the song is going to be about - and come in singing it with the music.
